Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and plans, and assist in handling other emergencies;
2. Maintain close and positive communication with clients, follow up on clients' daily marketing activities, and report to superiors in a timely manner;
3. Receive client inquiries, collect client needs, answer client questions, and improve client satisfaction;
4. Responsible for the daily maintenance and updates of ERP system documents;
5. Responsible for statistics of customer inventory data to prevent stockouts;
6. Complete monthly sales forecast sheets and customer pre-orders;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
Job Requirements:
1. More than 1 year of sales experience;
2. Experience in distributor customer service, wholesale customer service or e-commerce operations is preferred;
3. Strong customer service awareness, committed to improving the service quality of high-level customers;
4. Possess excellent learning ability, be able to quickly understand product knowledge and business processes, have strong ability to discover, analyze and solve problems, and teamwork ability;
5. Gentle and patient personality, strong comprehensive qualities and communication skills;
6. Be meticulous, honest, and optimistic, have a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to contribute;
